When I go to uninstall programme on new version of CCleaner, there are no programmes there....?

Can anybody tell me why when I go to the uninstall section of CCleaner to get rid of some programmes that I don't use, there are NO programmes there at all!!!???? Is this an ongoing problem? Please help me!
