What to uncheck to keep Warnings from reappearing

I've been using CCleaner for years, and have never had an issue with anything being deleted that I didn't want deleted. However, Windows 7 seems to forget when I told it not to warn me again on certain things, and I'm wondering what I need to uncheck to keep Windows from warning again.

My current issue is that when I exit "Batman: Arkham City", every time it returns to the desktop, it must slow the cpu and/or gpu for a split second, and Windows 7 warns me that my computer is slow, and suggests I change the desktop color scheme. I click "don't warn me about this again". I continue to get this warning sometimes, and am guessing it is due to something CCleaner is wiping that tells Windows I asked not to be warned. Which check box covers the area in which this would be saved?

Depends on the application. There is no single place that all windows programs save their don't warn again checks. And no single place or check box that ccleaner uses to "remove these options"
