First scan showed 1824 ignored files. Then I checked the box to find non-deleted files. Next scan showed 936 files found and 888 ignored. Why are there still so many ignored files and how do I proceed to recover those?
There are other options, such as zero-byte files, system files etc, whch you may wish to check. Also make sure there's nothing in the File Name/Path selection box.
I checked the Restore Folder Structure box along with Scan for non-deleted files and it found and recovered all 1820 files. I am delighted. Thank you Recuva.
