Thats why. Everytime you startup/restart something is writing it back into the registry.
It appears you have a typical computer system that keeps track of nothing, I'm presuming you are running WinXP. You don't know what you have installed. I'm not saying you have installed it but its on your system without you knowing.
You could try running some anti-spyware.
I have, i run Ad-Aware every 3 days, on smart scan
because when i try full scan
if freezes while scanning run
and it finds nothing, smart scan doesnt find anything importan, so i dont know what it is, im trying taking it off of Auto run
phonymouse, I would download MBAM then update it then run a quick scan and let it remove what it detects and a reboot may be required to remove locked files:
I thought i have heard bad stff abou tMalware Bytes
Right now, i am disabling processes that sound wrong
i am using Processlibrary.com as a referance
as well as google
i found two not listed
do any of u know about processes?
Info:
As of now, i will not run HJT logs
or Malware Bytes

Why are you here asking for help?
Where?
Please enlighten us.
A TON of places, all over the internet
Why are you here asking for help?
what do you mean?
phoneymouse you have come to the forum with a question.
As a result of that question 2 members suggested running scans.
One suggested MBAB, you don't want to do that. Fine.
You want to disable processes instead. Fine.
You don't want to do a Hljack This log (which we don't help with here at the moment) Fine
If MBAM isn't to your taste, download and run a Superantispyware scan instead, the free version.

Unless you start trying to help yourself by making sure you are spyware free, you make it difficult for people to want to try to help you.
well, the main reason for MB is this, i have heard a ton of stuff about it, all bad
and also, i have a better one, AVG8
i also have Ad-Aware, neither have any, so if you want me to get a txt document of those, i will, but as of now, no MB and no HJT
Does it not concern you that you are unable to do a full scan with one of your applications?
A couple questions. If in CC you right click the key and select "Open in RegEdit" are there any sub keys or values in FCN? Also in CC under Tools, Startup... Which applications are listed there?

Post a reference.
Give us some proof.
Show us a Google reference to its badness
and also, i have a better one, AVG8
AVG8 is a bloated mess that has come on par with Norton and McAfee anti virus.
I use Avast!
i also have Ad-Aware, neither have any, so if you want me to get a txt document of those, i will, but as of now, no MB and no HJT
Ad-Aware is hopelessly infective against malware and it is good to remove advert ware hence its name.
I'm awaiting your proof that MBAM is bad.
all this is unneeded
i found out why it was there
i re enabled some start up programs that fixed it
MB, it was along time ago, but i dont need it, i have AVG
And also, i disabled the run at startup of CCleaner
i dont know what fixed it, but its gone
Glad you got that cleared up
