I must have downloaded this file a while ago. I also have another one cc2007o7o7-1006.reg
Are these related to CCleaner and should I do something with them? ( I just downloaded a fresh copy of CCleaner)

They are the backups of reg entries deleted when you run the issues scanner. If you're having no problems they are safe to delete. (the one you mentioned, cc2007o7o7, will have been created on the 7th July 2007 - 2007/07/07)
