I thought Automatic Updates installed those.

No, not that I am aware of. I've always had to update these manually on all my Windows systems.
This explains a lot
Interesting. I got four of them auto-installed on 15 August 2019, and when manually looking through the program files folder this was installed too:
C:\Program Files\Intel\Media SDK
I wonder if some Intel drivers install them.

That's quite possible. I've seen a couple of programs that I use that install their own modified version of a C++ Redistributable.
I only have 7 of them installed, which is probably due to me primarily using portable software.

i have nothing installed manually (c++ or net.framework)
i mean if microsoft dont push it with its updates i dont need it (dont search with my own hand)
as i can see at siliconman01 pic about the installed c++´s i have my versions up to date until c++ 2013.
only with c++ 2015 seems not up to date by me - v14.0.2412 (x64 from 05.2018) and v14.0.2410 (x86 from 01.2017) but no updates from microsoft as it shows me... -> nothing to update? ?
perhaps because i have only installed net.framework until 4.0 and support ends for a while...?
(net.framework is only in optional-updates in windows)
i mean if i dont have installed some stuff i dont need security-updates for whatelse ? and at the moment no app no program show me it will some other codes ?

To the best of my knowledge and my experience, Windows Update does not update the C++ Redistributables automatically. They have to be manually updated. That's for all versions of C++
I've only seen them once (perhaps twice) download via Automatic Updates in Windows 10, all others are installed by software during setup that may need to install a specific version. Other than that if you want to keep them updated it's a manual download and then install. I personally don't manually update them.
