Vista Possible Bug in Tools->Startup

Vista 32:

The tools->startup manager is showing a bunch of random shortcuts, labeled as the key "startup user". These are not in msconfig, and not in the registry as startup programs either. I'm fairly certain the programs are not actually running, just falsely showing up in CCleaner.

The Delete Entry button does nothing; it pops up the "are you sure" dialog, but then the entry does not get deleted. In the screenshot below, all of the 'Startup User' entries are false; everything above those are real.

Can you post a screenshot of the contents of your Startup folder in the start menu.
