With the last two versions of CCleaner I am prompted for an Administrator password when I log in. I am running as a limited user. It used to only prompt when I ran a cleanup. Also, it does not empty my recycle bin. Is there any way to fix this?
I figured some things out that are actually quite obvious. When CCleaner prompts for a password it asks for an Administrator password so that is what I provided. If I provide the password for my currently logged on account it will then delete the items in my recycle bin. It still prompts for a password at login but I guess I can live with that.
Some others on the forum have been recommending right clicking the CCleaner shortcut, and then selecting to run it as Administrator.

God I'm so glad I stuck with XP Pro.
