Then I purchased and run a registry cleaner program from
ParetoLogic Inc. but it did not clear the problem
A registry cleaner isn't ever going to remove an infection! That's what legit anti-malware software is for which I've linked to just above this comment of following the malware removal instructions.
"I just updated to CCLEANER to V2.32.1165 (first I run the older version in my computer, it asked me to updated, I just accepted it)"
I did not pick any place to download from. It is automacally.
Trojans will attach to innocent web sites and download to your pc, and when you open a program they can advise you to upgrade, thus linking you to their rogue site where malware downloads and infects you. That trojan would have probably advised you to upgrade when you opened any program.
It is a good policy to run Mbam several times daily to catch these nasty buggers, and have AV such as Avast always running.
For most, yes it's ott. And I admit to heightened paranoia. I've been the target of many malware attacks lately from visiting legitimate, innocent sites (no porn or sleaze for me). I keep sensitive company files on my equipment for homeworking, and should any of them fall into rogue/competitor hands my career would end abruptly, and then you could call me stupid for not quick scanning Mbam several times daily.
My career trumps your sardonicism.
Edit: @ Sig Seven_Eleven: Una scansione rapida, meno di cinque minuti. (A quick scan.)

I never called you stupid, I said it is stupidly ott to run a quick scan several times daily. On top of that a full scan is pretty much pointless any way.
If you are getting infected often then id suggest re thinking your browsing habbits. Browser/addons etc. I cant even remember the last time i had a little infection.
Seven_Eleven: 99% of keygens are not infected. They are just flagged as dangerous. But thats not a topic thats allowed to go in detail here.
