Video will start to play and then just stops. An error message pops us saying, " Sorry, we are having trouble playing this video." Videos play fine in Google Chrome on Faceback. They just stopped playing in CCleaner browser.
I have the same issue. Does not occur in other browsers
I have the same problem. Videos will start to play for about 10 seconds tops, then gives an error saying Sorry we are having trouble playing this video. In other browsers the video plays fine.
How do we solve this?
This started sometime early February usually with youtube videos. Almost never on news articles.
Same thing happens here. Videos play for 2-3 seconds and then stop with the message "Sorry we are having trouble playing this video. "
This issue has been flagged up to the staff for investigation/response.
Hi All,
Can you please send an email to our support team at support@ccleaner.com so they could have a closer look over the issue you are facing with?
Thanks

I've got the same problem but on TikTok; I could watch the videos directly on the browser but since a couple of months, not anymore!!!
But this issue doesn't happen on other browsers.
EDIT: I forgot to add that I get a small icon next to the bookmark star saying "To open this link choose an app" and if click on it it opens a different window for TikTok, but the videos won't play neither.
@samb: If you go to secure://settings/help inside CCleaner Browser, what version does it say that you are running at the moment?
eg:
@Dave CCleaner Thank you for your response. This started before the last version. And it continues after the update.
Also, there's a Portuguese news website where the same happens. I've already tried to change the site's permissions, disabling adblock, remove extensions but without results.
This doesn't happen in all websites with video, just some.
