version still fails has not worked for last 4-5 versions at least can someone fix it

run in debug mode only graphics selected.

tried attaching dmp file says not allowed to upload this kind of file

Please hold on to the dmp file in case the developers need it. They do read all threads especially with debug reports (I've added code tags to your post for easier readability). You most likely will not hear from the developers if they do not need more information; however if an older version of speccy works (they can be gotten from the filehippo download location listed in downloads) it'd may aid to see a speccy report.

Since the last 4 to 5 versions worked well on my (Win 7) laptop, I would assume that this should blamed on the computer system, not on Speccy. A program that has helped me in the recent past is Windows Repair (www.tweaking.com). It helped me to solve three problems Speccy ran into.
