Verlenging CCleaner Professional

I bought a license key for 1 year CCleaner professional (365 days) on Friday May 23. My old subscription would expire in 27 days. So 27 days + 365 days is according to my calculation 392 days of CCleaner. On May 25 I activate the new key and then CCleaner says you have 362 days left expiration date May 23, 2026. So I actually miss 30 days in which I am still entitled to protection and use of CCleaner, is this normal?

I believe that you have made a mistake in what you wanted to do.

From what you say about getting a new key then what you have done is bought a new licence/key instead of renewing your old key and continuing to use that same key.

If you have used the same email address when purchasing both then it should get spotted automatically, but it can take a few days after registering the new one for the times to be added together by the licencing computer.

However:
If you used a different email address when purchasing the new one than you did for the old one it is assumed that you wanted a second key. (And the computer wouldn’t spot it anyway because the emails are different(.

That would mean that you now have 2 keys running at the same time, until the older one expires.

It happens, and so you can contact support and ask them for a “Licence Merge”.
You will need to give them the details of both licences and emails.
They will be able to see what time was left on the old when you registered the new and they will then add the time that was remaining on the old one to the new one.

If you did use the same email then give it a few days to see if the time gets added automatically.

If it doesn’t then you can raise a support ticket asking for a “Licence Merge” by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community

Thank you for your explanation , I will contact CCleaner service to see if they can fix it.
I used the same email address for both the old and the new.
This is actually due to their stupid pushing in the form of pop-ups: you still have … days, extend now
