This version of CCleaner has stopped working. Options to analyze and run cleaner are both grayed out. Option to check for updates is NOT grayed out but will not run when clicked on.
It used to work just fine - now it doesn't. What's wrong??
What operating system are you using?
When you say 'it has stopped working' do you mean it already was working and then just suddenly stopped?
Or do you mean you just installed it and it wouldn't work.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
I've had CCleaner (the free version) installed for several years and it has worked fine.
Now, when I open the program, the options to 'Analyze' and 'Run Cleaner' are both grayed out.
The only 'clickable' option is 'Update'.
Would you be willing to uninstall Ccleaner and then download a fresh version from here

and install it?
If you are using a version that is older than what is linked to, you could just install the newer version over the top.
What antivirus are you using by the way?
Yes, I'd have no problem re-installing CCleaner.
My antivirus is AVG and hasn't been an issue with CCleaner before.
I will do ahead now and uninstall and download CCleaner.
