Whenever I run CCleaner, my user name and password disappears from various websites - particular banking sites. I already uncheck the following boxes: Autocomplete Form History and Adobe Flash Player (Application) so it doesn't clear out that data. What option should I uncheck to NOT clean out my user data?
It's the browser cookies.
To save the browser cookies:
1. Go to the sites you like.
2. Then open CCleaner and click Options->Cookies
3. On the left you'll see Cookies To Delete that are on your computer. Now highlight the ones you want and click the -> button to move them into the Cookies To Keep area.
Tip: You can select multiple cookies to move all of them in one go.
