User defined temp folder not scanned / not cleaned?

I have set my temp/tmp files folder to c:\temp. CCleaner does not analyze this folder complete. Direct after my last clean i looked in c:\temp and there are still 800 MB temporary files. There are files from Vmware Player, Nero 8, Nero 8 Setup, Flashgot e.g. Why does CCleaner not delete this files?

If this temp folder is user-defined, as implied, try adding it to the custom folders under "options>include", and tick the checkbox at "advanced>custom files and folders".

Should work a treat.
