1 hour ago I erased a folder from my USB. I tried using recuva professional but the file is not in the erased files list. the whole folder was deleated but I can not find the folder or the files in the list.
Were you using the Recovery Wizard or the Advanced Options?
It sounds like you only did a scan and didn’t actually attempt any recovery? However please describe as exactly as you can just what you did do.
Were the files in the deleted folder documents, images, something else, or a mix perhaps.
Knowing that could help us advise what to do.
