I SENT THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE 100 TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE:
Subject: Urgent: CCleaner 7 for Windows Is Broken – Need Working Version
Dear CCleaner Support,
I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the latest CCleaner 7 update for Windows. It’s completely unusable—features are broken, performance is erratic, and it’s causing serious issues on my system. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but nothing works.
I’m not alone in this. Thousands of users are reporting the same problems, and it’s unacceptable that this update was released in such a state. I’ve received no meaningful support in the past, and I’m tired of being ignored.
I need access to a previous version that actually works. Please provide a download link or instructions to revert.
I expect a prompt response. This situation is beyond frustrating, and I need a resolution now.

Are you surprised?
Because if you actually sent more than 10 or so messages then I’m not, - that’s a temper tantrum not a complaint.
I doubt that it was actually 100 times, but it was no doubt enough to raise “possible spanmer’ or even 'potential DDoS attempt” flags at any mail server.
Many people are disappointed at CCleaner 7 - what makes you think that you are special and more entitled than others to any special treatment?
Could I suggest that you CALM DOWN and do what thousands of others have already done and roll back to CCleaner v6.39.
For the download link(s) and roll back instructions click this: [How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39](How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39
And then like the rest of us wait for developments.

Spare me the smug condescension. You don’t get to gatekeep frustration or tone-police legitimate complaints just because you’ve chosen to roll over and accept mediocrity.
Your attempt to reframe systemic failure as “user error” is laughable. CCleaner’s rollout was botched, communication nonexistent, and support evasive. If you’re fine with that, great—enjoy your rollback. But don’t presume to lecture others who expect better.
Your “temper tantrum” framing is a textbook deflection tactic—minimize the complaint, redirect blame, and pretend the issue is emotional rather than operational. It’s tired, transparent, and frankly pathetic.
You’re not a moderator. You’re not support. You’re just another user with a misplaced sense of authority. So kindly stop inserting yourself into threads where you have no business posturing as the voice of reason.
