I currently have three licenses, they expire this fall (and of course I intend to renew, for circa $15/ea. the peace of mind from knowing that my SW and drivers are up to date is definitely worth it!). My wife just bought a desktop, and I want to get an extra license for her. My understanding of the fee structure is that it would make more sense for me to upgrade to 5 licenses since that’s the next pricing breakpoint. The other issue is that my three licenses have another half-year to go.
Do I write to customer support? In the past I have noticed that this email isn’t necessarily monitored since queries are best posted here on this forum.
Would appreciate any tips or advice. TIA

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.
Thanks for your help. Just in the one in a gazillion chances that someone in a position of authority reads this, my chat ID: #1464464 … the AI assistant was utterly clueless about how to handle my problem. I was told to wait 30 minutes for a human but ended up waiting over an hour. No email interaction was available … I just had to sit there and wait.
I have no complaints whatsoever about the human, he tried his best. I ended up having to re-register for a purchase of a 5-device license from scratch, but he gave me credit for my existing 3 licenses. The back office software is apparently incredibly rigid, I would have flunked one of my students for designing it, had I still been teaching. I now have two separate license keys and two separate reference numbers. Go figure - all because I had the temerity to ask for a fourth license. Again, thanks for your help! (None of this is your fault, nor that of the tech who graciously assisted me.)
