Upgraded my computer - lost 'Recuva'

I have upgraded my computer and I have failed to move Recuva to my new computer (silly me).

I have the original a) cleverbridge Reference Number, and b) Licence Key.

How do I download the Professional version of Recover without having to pay again?

Download Recuva free version

Open Recuva Free and ‘Cancel’ the Wizard to get the advanced screen.
Click Options>About>Upgrade to Pro and enter your registered Name and Key.

Recuva works exactly the same in Free as is does when registered, there is no difference whatsoever in file recovery.

The one exception is that the Free version does not work with Virtual Drives - do you use Virtual Drives?

Other that that all you are paying for is support.

If you are still paying for a Recuva only licence then I’d cancel your subscription and save your money.
If It’s part of a Pro Plus or Premium bundle then fair enough but you don’t really need to register Recuva unless you want to recover from Virtual Drives.

Were you able to get your Recuva licence activated?

No, after speaking to the tech support line I didn’t realise my subscription (in 2018) was only valid for one year.
I have taken advice from @nukecad now (thank you) and am only using the free version.
