My subscribtion of CCleaner Professional expires on 07-08-26.
A recent expansion with a second laptop in the same family arouses my interest in the Pro’ PLUS version. I notice that the price for the Pro’ PLUS-version 39,95 is the same as the standart Pro’ that I paid.
I hope to get a commercial offer for an upgrade that can be activated on both computers?

I’m still seeing Pro and Pro+ at different prices here. but there are often ‘special offers’ and sales that are available in some places/countries and not others.
You have 2 ways to do an upgrade from Pro to Pro Plus:
1- Contact support and explain that you want to upgrade your current CCleaner Pro licence with XX months left on it to a Pro+ licence and what is the best deal/price that they can give you.
That’s the preferred option and may give you an even better deal/price than you have already seen.
2- Purchase Pro+ at the price advertised and then contact support to ask for a ‘Licence Merge’ of the old and new licences.
Doing it that way will add the time remaining on your current Pro licence to the newly purchased Pro+ licence, so that you don’t lose any of the time you have paid for (and it all becomes Pro+).
In either case you contact support by filling in this form and then engaging with the ‘Live Chat’:
Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically, if it doesn’t then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the AI Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
