I upgraded to ccleaner pro late last year. Now, I’m getting pop-ups tat say 6.31 is available, but when I click check for updates link in pro, it says I am using the latest version.
What is going on?
6.31 is the current version (although 6.32 shoulld be due anytime now).
Not sure why it is not updating for you, but you can do it yourself.
Download an installer from here, CCleaner - Download Builds double click the downloaded file and it will intsall the latest CCleaner.
Don’t uninstall the current one first; the new install will automatically pick up your licence from it.
(If you do want to uninstall the current one first then make a note of your licence key because you will then need to re-register the new install).

I normally have CC set for notification of updates, with a manual update to follow when convenient (to me). The issue I had was the new disparity between notices about versions, as outlined in my post, all within the running app. I’ve used CC for years and not seen that before: maybe you should let the devs know.
Downloading 6.31 and installing did as you explained.
