Still no response after 8 hours and when you email customer services - CS at cleverbridge com - they have the same idea of not being able to accept your email!!

Hi All. Another update regarding the ‘support’ with these, or the lack of it..

I assumed that the current subscription would expire in Jan 2026 as per previous emails - eventually after many attempts, but last night they took another annual payment, so I tried to contact them today. NOW, the auto system - Kate puts you in a queue which has now been 3 hours and still waiting, so if you send an email to the support email, it replies it no longer supports emails and you must go via the support site, WHICH only queues you explaining there have a big demand!! >>

Your previous thread was closed because it was from 6 months ago and the advice there is now out of date.

As you appear to have already found:

All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.

To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.

The fact that you mention a “Kate” by name would lead me to believe that you did get past the AI bot and to an actual person?

Sorry but we are all unimpressed by what they have done with making the chat the only way to contact them.
(To be frank they are not the only company going that way; the whole software industry appears to be declining to using crappy AI as customer support, because it’s cheaper even than lowly paid out-of-country phone support).

I think Kate was the Bots name, unless I am confused :slight_smile:

But anyhow I am still waiting after resubmitting my complaint some 9 hours agao and it came back with the same reference number but you cannot now add any comments to the chat window as it is blocked?

I don’t think it gave a name when I tried it a month or so ago, maybe it’s learned one?

Ok folks, to do list:

  1. File a complaint at Better Business Bureau (BBB) in the US (even if you’re outside US) at: BBB[.]org (Search for “Cleverbridge” in Chicago, IL)

  2. Send an email to cs[at]cleverbridge[.]com

  3. File a complaint at The European Consumer Centre (ECC), if you are an EU citizen. Do this in the country you reside, ECC has offices in all EU countries. <<<< Its seemed to have worked. I wish you all luck..
