Meine “aktuelle” Version ist 6.22.10977 und soll auf 6.38.11537.
CCleaner Premium ist aktiv.
Wie komme ich da weiter?

It may well be because v6.22 is from some time ago.
I recall there were some slight changes made about then to how updates work.
You will still be able to update it this way:
- Make a note of your licence key, just in case, but do not uninstall your current CCleaner
- Download an installer from here: Download CCleaner builds | CCleaner Portable, Slim, and more
- Once downloaded double-click on ‘ccsetup638.exe’ to install the 6.38 version
If you have not uninstalled the v6.22 then the new version will pick up the licence key and all your settings.
If you did uninstall, or if the new install doesn’t pick up the key for some reason, then enter your key to activate the new 6.38 install as Pro.
