Uninstalling Software & Disabling Startups

If I want to Uninstall any software using CCleaner, I have to Run As Administrator, this is an inconvenience.

Second, when I try to Disable Startups, I get accessed denied. I again have to Run As Administrator, but the files I want to Disable are not available. How do I solve this problem?

Thanks,

If you try to run an uninstall from anything you have to do it with admin privilages THIS IS HOW WINDOWS WORKS

If you try to disable or enable startup items from anything you have to do it with admin privilages THIS IS HOW WINDOWS WORKS

You should (pretty much most stuff doesn't work unless you do) run ccleaner as admin

"run as admin" in Vista and Windows7 does not = the same thing as running as a user named administrator

Can you disable the startup items using MSCONFIG?

MSConfig, also, requires UAC

Confounded UAC, I hate dealing with it. I was working on a computer the other day that asked me for permission to move a file <_<
