Unexpected Error

Hi everybody ! :rolleyes:

I have an error on CCleaner. When I analyse, CCleaner open a new window with the description of unexpected error. If I clic on "run CCleaner", CCleaner stop the cleaning and close the window. :angry:

The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access

Sometimes this sort of error can be fixed by closing down the computer fully and then restarting it.

Have you done this lately?

Ok !

I had a malware, it was a rogue infection. I restarted my computer in Safe mode and removed the virus.

CCleaner works perfectly now. ;)
