Unexpected Error while Registry Cleaning

since the last 4 Versions (or so) i get this Error everytime i start registry cleaner:

Merge your last registry backup before you had the issue.

i don't have any backups. the history is empty...

Do you have a Restore Point you made before the issue?

No, i don't. never made one...

This is a recurring issue for which I have no immediate fix. We'll wait for help from another member. :)
