Unauthorized Charge and Refund Request – CCleaner Professional Subscription

Dear Support,

I am contacting you regarding an unauthorized charge for a CCleaner Professional Home PC subscription under reference number 495461596. The payment was taken on January 30, 2026 without my knowledge or approval.

I did not authorize this transaction and do not require or use this product. I attempted to request a refund through your refund portal, but it repeatedly redirected me between the applicant details page and an automated assistant, preventing me from completing the request.

I have also previously sent an email to your support team regarding this issue but have not received any response.

Since this charge was not authorized, I request an immediate full refund in accordance with applicable EU and UK consumer protection regulations. Please also confirm that any automatic renewal or subscription related to my account has been cancelled.

Please confirm once the refund has been processed.
