I’m posting here because I’ve been charged for a CCleaner subscription (reference 527169237) that I did not intentionally subscribe to.
I did not knowingly agree to a recurring subscription, and the renewal was unexpected. I have already contacted Cleverbridge support to request:

Immediate cancellation of the subscription

Confirmation that no further charges will occur

A full refund of the recent charge
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
How long does it usually take to receive a refund in this situation?
