Unable to update running Windows 7 due to server connection failure - 0x12029

For some unknown reason err msg 0x12029 (Server connect failure) appears when trying to download latest freebie CCleaner version. Earlier poster was told to reload the product but failed to explain HOW if there is no server access from home. Plz explain. Thanx.

Download the latest installer from here (it’s a different server).

Double-click on the downloaded installer, and follow the prompts to install/upgrade to the latest version.
