Unable to update my Ccleaner - connect to the internet, but I AM connected to the internet

Hello Ccleaner Support,

I am stiil without reply to my mail from 12 March 2026,

and still cannot update Ccleaner :red_exclamation_mark:

Hi Ccleaner helpdesk

The last time I was able to update my Ccleaner was 26 Feb 2026

When clicking the Ccleaner update button I get the reply:

“Connect to the internet”

but my MAC is connected to the internet and I have tried to

reinsert my license key, valid to 21 Nov 2026.

Why can’t I update mu Ccleaner?

I have removed your email address from plain sight, you should not post it like that where spammers/scammers could see it (unless you want a lot of spam and scam emails).

You can no longer just email support with requests, you will not get a reply.

All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.

To start the support process fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you click ‘Next’ to submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
