Unable to terminate my subscription via client software

Hi everyeone - I would like to discontinue my subscription from the desktop CCleaner version.

MY PROBLEM - if I press <Manage Subscription>, I am routed to the website.

But, when I enter my email and reference number from the original purchase, the website is running into error.

>> from Dutch: Ooops. Your license details can't be displayed at the moment.

And an email to support@ccleaner.com doesn't get picked up.

QUESTION - does anyone have had the same problem?

How to reach out to Ccleaner to get any help for discontinuing my subscription??

What CCleaner version are you using?

(The 'Manage Subscription' button recently went missing for some reason).

There does currently appear to be a problem with the servers at CCleaner/Piriform, maybe try again tomorrow to see if it has been fixed?

Support do seem to be slow to reply to emails at the moment, as users ourselves we don't know why that is.

PS. It's usually best not to bombard <em>any</em> support department with more than one request, often making a new request also puts any earlier ones you made to the back of the queue again. It's the way that the standard request queueing software works.
