Unable to log in to cancel auto renewal, and now payment taken, impossible to get assistance!

I tried on a few occasions to cancel this auto renewal, but your system would not recognise my reference number.

I then tried to get online help from you, but your chat system kept me in a queue for 2 hours.

Now you have taken £64.95 from my account, making it near impossible to query or stop!

This is EXTREMELY frustrating and bad practice, and very poor customer service.

I demand that you refund this fully because I did not authorise you to take it.

I have raised this with my bank also.

I suggest you reply very quickly to this email.

Look for the topic named “Billing Issue” created earlier today. It’s a similar issue and you’re not the only one.

Thank you… I looked up that thread which enabled me to make contact with Cleverbridge and get the refund.
