I tried on a few occasions to cancel this auto renewal, but your system would not recognise my reference number.
I then tried to get online help from you, but your chat system kept me in a queue for 2 hours.
Now you have taken £64.95 from my account, making it near impossible to query or stop!
This is EXTREMELY frustrating and bad practice, and very poor customer service.
I demand that you refund this fully because I did not authorise you to take it.
I have raised this with my bank also.
I suggest you reply very quickly to this email.
