Unable to get a refund

It has been 3 weeks since I opened a ticket for a refund on CCPremium. I wanted to renew my CCPro membership, but apparently wasn’t paying attention. Happily renew once the refund is complete (funds are tight :>)

Shall I ask my bank to reverse the charges or…?

Any suggestions welcome

I just purchased with the cashback promotion for September 2025. The cashback link is not working. I read the terms and conditions of this offer and it says the link should be working through October 2025. However, it is not. In addition, I’ve waited several days to try this again with no luck. Something is wrong with the website, or this cashback offer is not real. If it is not real, that would be very sad as it is a good product, in general.

Please allow 24 hour from time of purchase to submit your claim.
I have also just tested the claim form and it appears to be working correctly.
Please try the form again and if it continues to fail submit a support request via the Contact Us form on the CCleaner Help Centre.

Details: Hi Folks, I am using Google Chrome. I put the date of the purchase in and hit Next. On the next page, I put the order number on the Paypal bill and my email. The NEXT button stays greyed out and I cannot go to the next screen. How can I get my credit as this something is not working? I would send a screen capture, but your web form does not allow for an image attachment.

The same thing has been happening since the 20th; they’ve been giving me the runaround with a supposedly guaranteed refund, and I haven’t received a response in days. I’ve started gathering people for a class-action lawsuit against their terrible and secretive support. If you want to join, I have backups of the emails and conversations related to my case.
