Everytime I click to manage my account it says Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.
Please contact support for more information (and show them this message so they can help). I click to contact support and it tells me unavailable in my language. What kind of BS is that? I just cancelled auto through my paypal

I’ve just double checked this and the link on that particular page hasn’t been updated and still goes to an old version of the Support Form. (one that’s not available anymore - not in any language)
I will point the Staff to the incorrect link so that it can be updated.
Use this link instead: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
