I just purchased pro plus. I am unable to activate my subscription on my android phone using the activation code after selecting Upgrade > Already Purchased > Use Activation code.
When i enter my code I received in the confirmation email, it just says “Sorry, activation failed”
Also, when I log into CCleaner on my computer, and go to “My subscription” it says CCleaner Professional… not Professional Plus, although my confirmation shows Professional Plus and that is what I paid for.
The app is always CCleaner Professional, the “plus” is that the key is valid for 3 devices and also covers Recuva and Speccy.

Sorry, you are experiencing this issue with activating your license on CCleaner Android.
I was able to replicate the issue and have so reported it to the development team to investigate.
The issue with the CCleaner for Windows app only showing CCleaner Professional is that, as nukecad has advised, the plus part of CCleaner Professional Plus refers to the additional apps and platforms, such as Android or MacOS covered by the licence so the actual Windows app will only ever show CCleaner Professional as that is the version of the app that has been activated.
