Unable to access Pro on Android

I recently purchased and downloaded CCleaner Pro Plus on my computer which supposedly includes up to three devices including phones, but my phone still shows the free version and asks me to pay for any upgrade. What am I doing wrong?

You need to use the Upgrade option on the CCleaner Android and select the 'Use an Activation Code' option on the 3-dot menu. 

(It isn't very intuitive, you might think that Google wanted to hide it so as to try and take your money).
