Same page, same url, no ad blocker on, so I have no idea what is going on, also still cannot access chat, but it seems other people can.
I set the web browser to basic and that now allows the drop down to work, so thanks for that. Sent the request and got this back which redirects you to the page to use chat FFS, which is not working for me

That’s the same response I received. Basically none of them want to take responsibility. They are really damaging their reputation.
When the unauthorised auto renewal money is refunded, I will close my account with them, I am not using Ccleaner anymore, and have switched to {Competitioin Software} which does almost the same as ccleaner, but is free
