Hi, I renewed for two years however the subscription within the program is only showing one year. How can I get this corrected?
Same here, cannot contact service through Web form, chat or email!

We have been told in the past that that is ‘normal’, you do have a 2-year subscription, but the app will only show one year at a time.
I have no idea why that would be.
(I do know that the app itself is quite capable of showing an expiry date as much as 5 years in the future - as least v6.39 can, I’m not sure about CCleaner7).
