Two-year subscription only lasted one year

I paid for a two-year subscription in 2024, that included CCleaner and Kamo, and now it has expired after only a year, and I can’t even contact someone to inquire about it! I’m forced to use this AI platform and can’t talk to a real person! Is this the future of customer support? No phone numbers? No emails? How do I get this fixed??
