Turning off auto renewal

I have looked for answers on how to turn off the auto renewal, problem is when I go to Manage my Subscriptions I have no option to "disable auto renewal" there are no buttons to click other then activate new key. and it says "Auto Extension Enabled"

when I bought CCleaner I was on the "free" version and then just entered the key code and it has turned it to pro.

any help would be appreciated

Thank you Hazelnut it doesn't show in the app/program but I did get to it from my email, I really do appreciate your help :)
