Trying to reach support but it's temporarily unavailable

I’m trying to reach customer support but everytime I try, it says that it’s temporarily unavailable (it’s been like this for days and I really need to talk to someone). Does anyone else have that issue?

I’m having the same issue, it’s been down for at least an entire day and I need to contact them immediately.

I can confirm that says it is unavailable. I shall flag it up to admin, however they don’t seem to visit the forum very often these days.

Having the same problem. Cancelled my subs yet they still debited my account. Trying to get refund but no support. Methinks support has gone for a long holiday and a big up yours to clients.

Exactly the same with me. I got quick replies until I declined their options and just asked for a full refund.
