Trend Micro problem

Just downloaded the new version of CCleaner pro and the program will not execute.

What antivirus do you use? There is a known issue with trend micro and McAfee that causes this issue.

What steps are necessary on my part to resolve?

You could try installing the Trend Micro upgrade.
