I have just purchased CCleaner Plus along with backup CD. Since I loaded this program I have not been able to download Torrents into Utorrent. Any suggestions welcome. I have had no problems downloading prior to signing up to this program

so you have just installed CC, not run it yet? 

or you have run it... and did you also run the registry cleaner portion?

what was the CC version installed, and what is your OS? 

what error, if any, does uTorrents show?

Thanks for your quick response. I just signed up today to CCleaner Professional Plus, I have previously been using free version for 5 plus years I have already run new CCleaner PP. . This is all new to me. Is there reason that the program would stop Torrent downloads. My OS is Windows 10 or was

I am currently running piriform defragger, remaining time keeps increasing. When I started this message it had 10 hours remaining, now has 13 hours, does that sound right. This is all new to me. Is there reason that the program would stop Torrent downloads/

Would you like to share how it was solved, in case someone else encounters the same problem?

Make sure you are NOT using a cleaner in a winapp2.ini file (or an enhancer) that "cleans" torrents! Over the years people have been trying to include cleaners that would nuke on-going current torrent downloads thus destroying them.
