Проживаю в Украине, IP отображается как Украина и давно не менялся. Недавно пропал доступ к приложению под управлением Windows, а на днях и на Mac OS. Подскажите, в чем может быть причина? Pro лицензию я получал для Украины.

Anyone from developers answer for this question?!
You appear to be in a 'Russian controlled' area.
If the internet powers-that-be have decreed that access is to be denied to that area then there is nothing that the CCleaner developers can do about that.
No. I appear to be in a Ukraine controlled' area.

Surely you are aware that the International Community has placed sanctions on Russia and Russian controlled areas?
Parts of Ukraine will be affected by those sanctions, including some parts that are not under Russian control.
Those sanctions include restriction of the use of parts of the internet, and the use of certain softwares.
They are international sanctions and as such are beyond the control of your ISP or of any software company.
Which parts of Ukraine are affected are affected will change with time as the situation changes.
The Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions have recently been included in the sanctions, which may account for what you are now experiencing.

In this document i found only this -
The Council also decided that as of today, the geographical scope of the restrictions introduced on 23 February, including notably the import ban on goods from the non-government controlled areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, will be extended to cover also the non-controlled areas of the oblasts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.
I take palce ON controlled areas of the oblasts of Zaporizhzhia
Your phrase - including some parts that are not under Russian control - it not on this document.

As stated the sanctions and restrictions are Internationally decided and imposed, there is nothing that Piriform/CCleaner can do about that - it's a matter for governments.

I'm not sure what it is that you want Piriform/CCleaner to do about international sanctions?

Be glad you're okay. Only Ukraine can keep these Russian military from Europe. And you are doing this to us - blocking access to the CCleaner product.
My area is Odessa region and its never been under Russian control. But the week ago I also was being blocked with the same message. So whether the CCleaner is Russian produt? Because all russian it products are completely blocking by our goverment.
No ccleaner is a u.s. and england based software. Now owned by avast/norton it may be more complicated but definitly not a russian product.
Your ip may be a block once assigned to Russia and ccleaner may be blocking because of that as ccleaner is not alowed in russian controled areas (i realize odessa is not controlled but if the ips are from an assigned batch that could cause blockage)
