If it was a renewal then it should be the same licence key as before.
Although I note that you say you changed it to cover 3-devices so possibly it may have been a new one.
You should be able to look up the order details at Cleverbridge by putting your email in here: Customer Support Contact Page
You should be able to look up your licence key(s) by putting your email in here: CCleaner.com - License Lookup
If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related then you will need to contact support.
To start the support process fill in this form: Support Contact Form.
Once you click ‘Next’ to submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
