I have tried all three builds of the new version of ccleaner v3.09.1493.

the scan starts ,does not even get half way then ,then a box pops up at

the top reads:

critical error has occured in ccleaner

then below:

CCleaner v3.09.1493

MS Windows XP Professional SP3

AMD-K6 3D+ Processor

320MB RAM

NVidia Riva 128/128ZX

Never had any trouble with ccleaner, this is just werid.

Please help

I'm here with you. Ever since we up dated CCleaner, we've been having the same problem. I hope there is an fix for this.

well i went back to the last new version 3.08 on trouble with 3.09

always loved this program ,think it's going by the way side now like eevrything else

This is an older computer. The previous version of CCleaner was working great. Ever since we up dated we have been getting this error. How can I fix the new version or get the old one back.
