My elderly mother inadvertently subscribed to this service. I am trying to cancel the renewal on her behalf but when I click on the link in the sentence stating “you may [cancel the renewal of your subscription](at any point before your billing date on **01/01/2025.”, nothing happens.
Please advise on how I can cancel her subscription.
