Thank You!Can I wish all of you in the US a Happy Thanksgiving
Thank You and Happy, Fun & Safe for You (all)!
Happy Thanksgiving guys. I just had a thanksgiving party today in school and it was one of the best. We all went around and said one thankful message
that was sweet.
Thanks Hazelnut!
I'll be munching on turkey, mashed potatoes, etc., tomorrow but I'm going to do it in moderation so as not to gain the weight back I've lost in the last month.
How about sleeping so you can save up for all those Black Friday specials?
i wonder why we celebrate thanksgiving on a different day? (in canada we had it last month).
Canada and the US are two different countries with two different cultures and histories.i wonder why we celebrate thanksgiving on a different day? (in canada we had it last month).
thanksgiving is when your country was first founded.
damn im stuffed!
Thanksgiving has nothing to do with the founding of a country. It is an old pagan festival (hijacked by the early Christians in the Middle Ages) to celebrate the end of the harvest season. In the USA it is traditionally celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November, and in Canada it is celebrated on the second Monday in October. In the UK Thanksgiving is another name for the Harvest festival, held in churches across the country on a relevant Sunday to mark the end of the local harvest.
But whatever its origins: happy thanksgiving!
