It's really nothing serious, apparently, but this has been going on for months, if not years at this point.
I have always found this weird, and kinda expected someone else to report this a LONG time ago... but, it seems no one ever did, so there I am.
Cleaning the registry doesn't have much of a benefit if you're not having issues (and even then it's dubious). You're probably just better off adding the key to your excludes. For what it's worth, this key comes up on my machine too, but so does HKLM\Software\Piriform....

It's still an odd behavior, nonetheless, and so it has to be- at least- pointed out.
No problem can be solved, if it's not shown and talked about first, after all.
If it leads to a better product, then all the better.
When it's shown in the registry cleaner you can right click it, and then add it to the Exclude list.
