Note that the User profile temp, and Windows temp are already dealt with by CCleaner.

In ccleaner options (either first tab or advanced tab I don't remember) is "only deleted temp files more than 24 hours old" (not sure if 24 or 48 sorry) enabled or disabled

No wonder I didn't know what you were asking because I didn't see your screenshot, sometimes they just don't show from a 3rd party image host. I had to click Edit on your first post so that I could actually see it (don't worry I didn't edit your post).
What Nergal posted about that 24 hour rule may be the solution - it's located in CCleaner in:
Options > Advanced
